Large-capacity vacuum ovens are commonly used for industrial batch drying, material pretreatment, electronic component dehumidification, powder material processing and vacuum drying of large components. Compared with small laboratory vacuum ovens, large-capacity equipment has higher requirements on box structure, vacuum system, temperature field uniformity, door sealing and safety protection. Large-capacity equipment usually has a larger loading capacity. The number of pallet layers, workpiece placement, and loading density will all affect the uniformity of the temperature field. When purchasing, attention should be paid to the temperature distribution under no-load and load conditions.
If the sample requires high drying consistency, the loading method needs to be stated in advance so that the manufacturer can evaluate it based on the heating structure, tray design and control method.
The door structure is key to the stability of the vacuum oven. The doors of large-capacity equipment are heavier, and seals, locking methods, door hinges and stress-bearing structures will all affect vacuum retention capabilities.
If the door needs to be opened and closed frequently or operated at high temperatures, more attention should be paid to the temperature resistance and maintenance convenience of the sealing material.
